What we currently use
Essential browser storage remembers saved recommendations, planner state and your cookie preference. It enables features you request and does not create a public profile or account.
Optional analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Tenerife.Reviews records anonymous first-party usage events to understand visits, popular pages and listings, recommendation use, saves and outbound link activity. Approximate country, region and city may be derived by the hosting network. A random browser identifier helps count visits without storing your name, email address or IP address. Analytics storage is retained for up to 13 months and is not used for advertising.
Third-party services
External links and embedded services may set their own cookies after you interact with them or leave Tenerife.Reviews. Examples may include Instagram, Google Maps, WhatsApp and the websites of featured businesses. Their cookie practices are controlled by those providers.
Your controls
Use the cookie preference control on the site to record your choice. You can withdraw analytics consent by deleting the tr-cookie-preference and tr-analytics-session entries in your browser storage, then reloading the site and choosing Necessary only. You can also delete or block storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop saving and preference features from working as expected.
